Returns Policy
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
FREE Delivery (UK)
All orders to UK mainland are provided Free via Royal Mail standard delivery. If you place an order before 2pm on a working day, we can send it on the same day. Deliveries usually next working day however please allow up to 5 working days. Secure and Safe with proof of postage, delivery tracking and postal insurance.
Royal Mail First Class delivery (UK) - £4.50 per order
If you place a order before 2pm on a working day, we can send it on the same day. Deliveries usually next working day however please allow up to 3 working days. Secure and Safe with proof of postage and postal insurance. (please select recorded postage option if you want to track delivery)
European Union delivery Options
Delivery times can vary within the EU, from 3 - 5 working days. We cannot send orders to these specific EU destinations: Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), Canary Islands and San Marino. Orders placed from EU exception territories will be cancelled and funds returned. Mobileguru Limited is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by your credit card company as a result of this.

Postal and Delivery Options
MobileGuru offers it's customers the choice to minimise postal cost. If you want only proof of postage and insurance then select non recorded postage option. However if you want to also track delivery then select recorded postage option. All shipping methods used by MobileGuru are safe, secure and insured, customers can choose trackable delivery if preferred. A signature will be required on receipt of goods where recorded postage is requested. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Christmas Delivery
This year our last order date for UK and Channel Islands is 18th of December before 2pm to ensure that you receive your order by Christmas Day. However we recommend you place your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We will do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order before Christmas Day.
Sponsorship & Competitions
Sponsorship and competitions are supported to increase our brand awareness. Any products given away for Free as part of any promotions with a third party promoter does not come with any warranty or support from Mobileguru Limited other than what is provided by the manufacturer. By taking part and entering the competition you are bound by these terms and conditions. Where subscription or comment on social media channel is used to enter competition the entrant must be contactable in order to be eligible for the prize draw. You can enter competition via our website by using the contact us form and all shoppers will be eligible for the prize draw. All our competition entries are restricted to the UK and one winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms. The start and end of each competition may vary and would be communicated via the different social media platforms and on our Blog page. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
